On October 30, an eyewitness testimony appeared on internet groups, showing that Cha Eun Woo traveled to Gyeongju as part of his employment with the Ministry of Defense Support Unit. He was there to help organize the impending '2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit.' In the footage released online, Cha Eun Woo is shown coming boldly into the event in his military uniform, exhibiting his attractive appearance and towering body.

Cha Eun Woo enrolled in July as an Army Band member and is now a Private First Class in the Ministry of Defence Support Unit.
