C9 Entertainment announced that plans to debut a new boy group.
On March 1, C9 Entertainment created new social media accounts and revealed a teaser image for their upcoming boy group, tentatively named C9ROOKIES which is the first new boy group to debut under the company in 2 years since CIX.
