Jang Wonyoung of IVE demonstrates her exclusive status by paying 13.7 billion KRW (~9.3 million USD) for a luxurious villa in Hannam-dong's UN Village.

On November 12th KST, the Supreme Court Registry Office and the real estate sector reported that Jang Wonyoung paid 13.7 billion KRW in March for a 244⁡ unit at Lucid House in Yongsan-gu, Hannam-dong, Seoul, and finished the ownership registration last month.

It is assumed that the purchase was completed fully with cash because there is no mortgage mentioned on the registration. Lee Ji Yong, a second-generation DL Group member and former CEO of Daelim Trading, was the seller.

Jang Wonyoung, who was born in 2004, has solidified her status as IVE's indispensable focal point by fusing skill with eye-catching images. Only this year, she has dominated the advertising industry as the brand ambassador for companies including Woori Bank, Malto, Binggrae, Dyson, Dashing Diva, Barer, JIM BEAM, and New Balance.

Jang's group, IVE, have finished promoting their fourth mini album, "IVE SECRET." Additionally, they demonstrated their star power by selling out every seat during their first-ever three-day solo performance at KSPO Dome, confirming their reputation as a "top-tier girl group."
