Jang Won Young appeared near the cake in the images, wearing a black sleeveless top with her hair down and candles lighted against the nite vista from the restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows. She also uploaded further photos of a second cake illuminated with candles.

Jang Won Young thanked Son Jong Won for the gesture by tagging his account in her pictures and captioning them "I love my life."
